Project: Website redesign
Scope: Identify priority UX/UI issues and redesign site to implement solutions as well as elevate overall brand identity

Details: Corporate Suites Business Centers (CSBC) is a NYC-based office rental and management company for established businesses that want a high-end address, beautiful office, and all of the amenities. CSBC creates all-inclusive office experiences for businesses that just want to worry about their work—nothing else. Unfortunately, their website experience led potential clients to believe the exact opposite. The data showed a very high bounce rate (over 75%, yikes!), short sessions, and user feedback stated that trust was low and it almost seemed like it wasn’t a real company. I worked directly with the senior stakeholders at CSBC to identify the major problems that contributed to these issues, and proposed a unified and strategic solution that would involve a complete site redesign, new photos, new streamlined CTAs, consistent page navigation, and responsive layouts.
Results: The resulting design fixed all major issues the website had, and since launch, the feedback from the company stakeholders and clients is through-the-roof positive.

The design.
Language was made to be more consistent along with page titles and CTAs to make the experience more clear and easier to navigate. Prices and more details were added to give users more information and help decision-making. Landing pages were added to fill gaps in the user journey. Responsive breakpoints were added for multiple devices. Photos were updated to professional, actual images of the CSBC properties, floors, and offices. Color palette was softened and modernized by adding a complementary light blue to the otherwise strong orange and blue. Other design elements were introduced to freshen up the brand and give it an elevated experience.
