Success: Open rate was over 53% and click-through rate was over 20%, well above the Constant Contact industry averages for 2021.
Details: Showing people how they can maximize your website and educating them on it’s amazing features is one of the best ways you can make your new website launch a success. NSHA wanted to do just this—their new website combined several school websites into one super-website. As a school system that directs multiple divisions including Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, having everything in one easily-accessible place is a necessity. NSHA reimagined and redesigned their website to be more useful to parents and students. But change is scary, we needed to make sure parents and students saw the benefit of the new website and were easily able to find necessary information.
Design: We called out some of the biggest new features of the site and briefly explained why the change was so great. With modern visuals and a clear content hierarchy, we made the email easy to read and follow. It created a lot of excitement for and drove traffic to the new website.
